KPELIKOPE YOUNG STARS AND KULI MIGHTY STRIKERS QUALIFIED TO DUAMENEFA REGIONAL TOURNAMENT ROUND OF 64
During the weekend, the people of Dzodze and surrounding communities witnessed a beautiful football displayed at Dzodze -Penyi Senior High School.
The last group matches of Zone A came to an end at Dzodze and a lot of spectators attended in their numbers to support and cheer their favorite teams.
At the end of the day, six matches had been played between Kpelikope Young Stars, Kuli Mighty Strikers, Dzodze Desert Warriors and Torvi Simple Winners.
This last group of matches at Dzodze football park recorded eight goals, three matches won and three matches a draw at the end of the six matches played.
Kpelikope Young Stars topped the group with seven points, three goals after knocking down Dzodze Desert Warriors by a lone goal, two goals to nil against Torvi Simple Winners and drew goalless with their rival, Kuli Mighty Strikers.
Kuli Mighty Strikers football club were 2nd on the log table after destroying Dzodze Desert Warriors by three goals to nil and later drew two matches against Torvi Simple Winners and Kpelikope Young Stars.
Now, Kpelikope Young Stars and Kuli Mighty Strikers will be looking forward to see what will happen after waiting patiently for their counterparts from Klikor Zone H, group B at Duamenefa’s round 64 at Afife football park on Sunday, 1st September, 2019.
